Silica Sand Processing Plant

Firstly, the mined silica ore is placed in a jaw crusher for crushing processing, and after being crushed to meet the feed particle size requirements of the Raymond mill, the silica particles are sent to the storage silo by the bucket elevator.

In the electromagnetic vibrating feeder, the material is uniformly and continuously sent to the main grinding chamber for grinding. The sanded silica sand is sent to the analyzer for classification under the driving of the fan airflow, and the silicon meets the fineness requirement.

The silica sand is taken into the large cyclone collector by the airflow for separation and collection, and then discharged in the sand discharge pipe, which is the finished silica sand.
