Basalt Crusher Production Line
Basalt has a very wide application. It is not only limited in the construction industry. Basalt is a good material to produce “cast stone”. It can form the hard and wear-resistant alloy steel. Basalt can play a “lubricant” effect in an advanced technique of cast steel. It can prolong the service life of cast film. Basalt can also be pumped into glass fiber. Basalt glass’s alkali resistance is better than the general glass, the same is true of high temperature resistant performance.

According to the different regions, basalt’s physical properties are different. We can also configure different equipment. Now, we mainly introduce the configuration scheme that is using the jaw crusher and cone crusher to deal with basalt.
Production Line Process
Basalt is delivered to the vibrating feeder by hopper. After vibration of vibrating feeder, a certain amount of useless substances are isolated from the basalt. Then, it enters into the jaw crusher for the primary crushing with uniform and quantitative through the vibrating feeder.
After the first crushing, through the belt conveyor, basalt is transported to the two cone crushers for secondary crushing. Then, this cobble is transported to the two vibrating screen by belt conveyor. Two cone crushers and vibrating screen work at the same time. So the production capacity of this crushing line is high.
After screening, a part of basalts become the finish product through the screen stencil. The other part of basalts will again enter into the cone crusher for crushing. At last, we get three kinds of finished stone: 0-10mm, 10-20mm, 20-40mm. This will completes the basalt crushing production line.
